Key Responsibilities

- Diagnose Issues: Identify system problems through inspections and diagnostic tests, ensuring accurate solutions.
- Provide Repairs: Address system malfunctions and perform necessary repairs to maintain peak functionality.
- Ensure Safety: Follow company safety standards and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Communicate with Customers: Clearly explain maintenance procedures, service recommendations, and repair details in a professional manner.
- Document Work: Keep accurate records of all maintenance tasks, inspections, and repairs performed.
Job requirements
- Experience: 3-5 years of hands-on HVAC maintenance or service experience.
- Certifications: EPA Certification is required.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Driving Record: Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
- Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check.
- Work Eligibility: Authorization to work in the United States is required.
