Key Responsibilities
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of HVAC systems
- Install new HVAC units and components according to manufacturer specifications
- Respond to service requests and troubleshoot issues promptly
- Keep detailed records of services performed and any parts replaced
- Educate and communicate with residents about HVAC system use
- Collaborate with team members to address maintenance projects and emergencies
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of an HVAC training program is desirable
- A valid HVAC technician certification or license is required
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in HVAC maintenance and repair
- In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, preventative maintenance, and repair techniques
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
