About the role
Responsible for training HVAC technicians and instructors in various technical skills and best practices.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver training programs for HVAC technicians and instructors.
- Evaluate and improve training materials and methods based on feedback and performance metrics.
- Assist in curriculum development and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Mentor trainees and provide guidance on complex HVAC systems and troubleshooting techniques.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HVAC or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, or teaching.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Skills
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems and components.
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
