HVAC Tech (Jenks, OK)

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative, corrective, and predictive maintenance on commercial and industrial HVAC systems
• Ensure the efficient operation of equipment such as ACUs, AHUs, heat pumps, VAVs, DDC systems, chillers, boilers, and ventilation systems
• Troubleshoot, repair, and monitor system performance
• Maintain detailed logs of maintenance activities
• Ensure adherence to safety standards

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• HVAC technical certification or state-approved HVAC license
• Experience with commercial and industrial HVAC systems, including maintenance of ACUs, AHUs, chillers, boilers, and ventilation systems
• EPA Universal Refrigeration License and valid driver's license
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills, with ability to read schematics, manuals, and control diagrams
• Excellent communication skills, ability to work in a team environment, and commitment to safety compliance

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to work effectively in a team, and experience with BMS and HVAC control schematics.
