Responsibilities

• Installs, inspects, maintains, and repairs all heating, cooling, ventilation, refrigeration, and ice‑making systems.
• Applies specialized knowledge of steam distribution, piping, valves, water reheat systems, and energy management systems.
• Responds to after‑hours emergencies, manages power outage procedures, and strictly follows safety protocols using personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Coordinates with personnel regarding work orders, ensures compliance with building and safety regulations, and keeps tools and vehicles in safe operating condition.
• Dedicates 20% of the role to participating in meetings, training workshops, and assisting with special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• License: EPA Certification (Level II preferred).
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; graduate of a trade school.
• Work Experience: Minimum 3 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
