Responsible for maintaining and repairing HVAC systems in commercial buildings. Perform routine maintenance checks, diagnose issues, and perform necessary repairs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair HVAC systems in commercial buildings
• Perform routine maintenance checks
• Diagnose and resolve HVAC system issues
• Follow safety protocols and adhere to company policies

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• At least 2 years of related experience in HVAC maintenance
• Strong mechanical aptitude

Qualifications

• Experience with HVAC systems
• Knowledge of electrical systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
