About the role

Responsible for maintaining and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential properties. This includes diagnosing issues, performing maintenance tasks, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC systems
• Maintain equipment according to manufacturer’s guidelines
• Ensure all work complies with local building codes and safety regulations
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and concerns
• Document work performed and communicate status to supervisors

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• At least 2 years of related experience in HVAC maintenance
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Good problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

Skills

• Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment
