We are currently hiring an HVAC Technician to support our Independent Living community by maintaining and repairing HVAC systems and other mechanical equipment to ensure resident comfort and satisfaction. Available Openings Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday 8:00am to 4:30pm HVAC Technician Responsibilities Perform HVAC installation, repair, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenanceDiagnose HVAC systems, electrical circuits, and related equipment issuesPerform brazing and soldering of copper tubing as neededMaintain equipment according to local, state, and national codesRespond promptly to maintenance requests to ensure resident comfortHelp maintain uninterrupted heating and cooling services throughout the communityWork collaboratively with residents, team members, and other departmentsFollow all safety procedures and facility policies Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent requiredHVAC Certification requiredAbility to read, write, communicate effectively, and follow written and verbal instructionsStrong understanding of electrical systems and HVAC equipmentTwo years of HVAC experience preferredExperience servicing residential air conditioning condensing units and electrical baseboard heat preferredAbility to diagnose HVAC circuits independentlyStrong customer service and communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team Benefits May Include Competitive payPaid time offRetirement savings plan403(b) with a 50% match up to 4%Employee referral opportunitiesCareer advancement opportunitiesOn-Demand PayPet Insurance Equal Employment Opportunity Employer All qualified applicants will receive consideration without discrimination because of race, color, religion, sex, age, disability, national origin, or veteran status.
