About the role
Responsible for maintaining and repairing HVAC systems in commercial buildings. Works closely with building management and other contractors.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to HVAC systems.
- Install new HVAC components as needed.
- Communicate with building management and other contractors regarding system status and maintenance needs.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in HVAC maintenance and repair.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of HVAC systems and components.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
Skills
- Proficient in using HVAC diagnostic tools.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
