Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential heating and cooling systems
- Communicate effectively with homeowners, explaining technical information in layman's terms
- Maintain a commitment to safety and attention to detail
- Ensure jobs are completed correctly the first time
- Respect clients' personal property
Requirements
- 5+ years of residential HVAC Service Technician experience
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Basic computer abilities
- NATE and BPI certifications (a plus)
- Knowledge of Hydronics (helpful)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Trustworthiness and respect for others and their property
Pay
$80,000–$120,000 a year (salary)
