Responsibilities
- Perform startup, testing, and inspection of newly installed residential HVAC systems.
- Verify proper operation of furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, air handlers, thermostats, and zoning systems.
- Complete startup documentation and record equipment information.
- Identify and communicate installation deficiencies or performance issues.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and system adjustments.
- Ensure systems meet company standards, manufacturer specifications, and applicable codes.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and a safe, organized work environment.
- Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of five (5) years of residential HVAC installation or service experience.
- Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Knowledge of residential HVAC systems, controls, and startup procedures.
- Basic computer and mobile device proficiency.
