HVAC Sheet Metal Mechanic

About the role

We are seeking a full-time sheet metal mechanic who can fabricate, assemble, install and repair sheet metal products and equipment, such as ducts, control boxes, drainpipes, and furnace casings. Work may involve any of the following:

Responsibilities

• Install Ductwork per SMACNA standards, ATU, RTU and Split Systems
• Minimum 3 years experience
• Able to read blueprints and follow instructions
• Able to work 40 hours every week and overtime as needed
• Able to work on a team and interact with people
• Able to accurately read a ruler or tape measure
• Able to travel to job sites and occasionally have overnight stays
• Any other duties assigned by the supervisor

Requirements

• Punctual and regular attendance
• Able to pass a background check and drug test in accordance to our Company Substance Abuse Policy
• Able to pass a pre-employment fitness test
