HVAC Service Technician (Sign-on up to $8k)

About the role

Haley Mechanical is seeking a self-motivated HVAC Technician to join their growing team. The position offers competitive pay starting at $30/hr with a sign-on bonus up to $8k.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair heating and air conditioning equipment
• Show efficient and effective problem-solving skills
• Maintain strong customer service
• Attend periodic manufacturer training classes
• Participate in safety training and adhere to all safety policies and procedures
• Handle physical workload of at least 50 LBS

Requirements

• 2+ years HVAC service experience (required)
• Valid drivers' license

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to pass a background check

Skills

• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay
