Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential & light commercial HVAC systems
- Perform maintenance and service calls efficiently and accurately
- Communicate findings and present repair options to customers
- Deliver excellent customer service and build trust with homeowners
- Use ServiceTitan/iPad for dispatching, invoicing, and job notes
- Maintain clean, organized work vehicles and job sites
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years HVAC service experience (REQUIRED)
- EPA Certification
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (MVR required)
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Comfortable using tablets/iPads for field service software
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Compensation
- Pay: $50,000 – $100,000+ per year
- Bonus/Commission: Performance-based (uncapped)
- Weekly performance opportunities available
Schedule
- Full-time
- evenings/weekends as needed
