HVAC Service Technician-Relocation Assistance!

About the role

We are an established, well recognized and respected HVAC service contractor and we're looking for an experienced commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our company. We have a solid team of experienced and respected technicians. Our business continues to grow and we are looking for another solid technician that is interested in a long-term position and who will fit well into our team.

Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles to travel to client sites.
• Interact with clients while inspecting, troubleshooting, repairing, maintaining, and installing HVAC equipment and related components.

Requirements

• Experience with preventive maintenance.
• Experience with troubleshooting.
• Experience with rooftop units.
• Experience with chillers.
• Experience with cooling towers.
• Experience with hot water/steam boilers.
• Experience with packaged air conditioners.
• Experience with computer room AC equipment.
• Experience with control systems/building automation systems.
• Experience with air handling/fan coil units.
• Experience with condensers/chilled water pumps.
• Experience with refrigerated air dryers.
• Experience with air compressors.
• Experience with exhaust fans.
• Experience with ice machines.
• Experience with variable frequency drives.
• Experience with humidifiers.

Pay

$80,000 - $110,000 per year
