What You Will Be Doing

• Handle a steady mix of residential and commercial service calls
• Complete multiple jobs per day with support from dispatch and management
• Diagnose issues, perform repairs, and deliver high-quality service to customers
• Mentor apprentices and work effectively on a team
• Engage in construction and remodeling tasks
• Work with fiberglass and sheet metal duct work
• Replace, upgrade, and maintain HVAC equipment
• Evaluate airflow and system efficiency
• Document all work accurately and report findings to management
• Maintain a clean job site and company vehicle
• Provide professional customer communication
• Respond to emergency service calls as needed

What You Need to Succeed

• Minimum 5 years of HVAC service experience
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of electrical and mechanical HVAC systems
• Understanding of refrigerant charge, airflow, and system performance
• Ability to read schematics and technical manuals
• Comfort working with high and low voltage systems
• Ability to use diagnostic tools including multimeters
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

Work Environment

• Full-time, year-round position
