Responsibilities

• Respond, diagnose, and repair refrigeration, HVAC, and EMS equipment for commercial and residential clients.
• Solve problems independently with high efficiency in troubleshooting refrigeration and electrical issues.
• Read and interpret schematics.
• Demonstrate working knowledge of EMS components and operations.
• Provide own hand tools, gauges, and meters (major tools provided by the company).
• Install air conditioning/refrigeration systems and related equipment (e.g., unit heaters, pumps, safety controls).
• Maintain tools, supplies, and equipment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an air conditioning technician.
• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.
• Comfortable climbing ladders up to 30 ft tall.
• Ability to lift 100+ lbs.
• Successful completion of pre-employment drug and agility tests.
• Eligibility to drive company vehicles.
