Troubleshooting and Repair
- Troubleshoot and diagnose complex heating and cooling system failures.
- Provide immediate comfort solutions to residential clients.
- Educate clients on technical issues using layman's terms.
- Execute high-quality repairs on residential HVAC equipment.
- Maintain a prompt and reliable service schedule.
- Cook with the service team to ensure accurate technical documentation and parts orders.
- Promote world-class customer service.
Qualifications
- 2-3+ years of professional experience in HVAC service and repair.
- Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and a strong desire to master the trade.
- Valid driver’s license with a driving record meeting company safety standards.
- Ability to work overtime and participate in a weekend on-call rotation once per month.
Compensation and Benefits
