HVAC Service Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs on commercial HVAC equipment.
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams, installation manuals, and service documentation.
• Complete service reports and work documentation using company-provided software and mobile technology.
• Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to ensure a high level of service and customer satisfaction.
• Manage assigned work independently, including scheduling, follow-up actions, and time management.
• Adhere to all company and site-specific safety requirements and procedures.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of commercial HVAC service experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities on commercial HVAC systems.
• Ability to read and follow project scopes, technical documentation, and service manuals.
• EPA Certification required.
• Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
• Experience using gauges, meters, measuring instruments, and hand/power tools.
• Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively within a team environment.
• Must be able to successfully complete pre-employment screening requirements.
