About the role
Our client, a large property management firm, is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to travel across Long Island and service commercial heating systems.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair 8–12 section burners
- Service steam boilers and atmospheric boilers
- Troubleshoot and replace circular pumps and gas valves
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ HVAC technician experience
- Hands-on commercial boilers and burner experience
- Universal EPA certification
- Clean driver’s license
Pay
$83,200–$104,000 per year
