What You'll Do
- Diagnose, service, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems.
- Install and replace furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and indoor air quality equipment.
- Perform preventative maintenance and seasonal tune-ups.
- Troubleshoot electrical, refrigeration, and airflow issues.
- Service light commercial HVAC equipment as needed.
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and commercial customers.
- Complete service documentation accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous HVAC installation or service experience (residential or commercial).
- EPA Section 608 Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain if required).
- Mechanical, electrical, plumbing, construction, or trade school experience is a plus.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- Able to lift 50+ pounds and work safely in a variety of indoor and outdoor conditions.
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting Apprentice Wage: $21.18 per hour plus a comprehensive union benefits package.
- Experienced Union Technicians: Competitive union wages based on classification and experience under the applicable Collective Bargaining Agreement.
