We're family owned and operated, we've grown into a full-service heating and cooling provider, and we're not slowing down. You'll lead a hands-on team, of Service Technicians and the surrounding support team. Coaching technicians, running team meetings, and handling customer escalations as the technical backbone they can count on. This isn't a desk job. You'll be in the field on ride-alongs, on the phone with customers, and in the trenches with your crew during peak season, with real authority to make decisions that matter.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of 15+ technicians plus dispatch and admin staff
- Coach, mentor, and deliver performance reviews
- Run monthly Lead Tech and Service Team meetings
- Handle customer escalations with urgency and professionalism
- Partner with dispatch to keep scheduling sharp and efficient
- Maintain safety standards and PPE compliance
- Jump into service calls during peak demand
- Be the go-to technical resource for your team, 24/7
Requirements
- 7+ years of HVAC technical experience
- 3+ years in a management role
- MA/CT/RI Oil Burner, Pipefitter, or Plumbing License (or equivalent)
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A customer-first mindset that thrives under pressure
