HVAC Service - Maintenance Technician
Job Duties
Troubleshooting, diagnostics, service, repair, and maintenance of residential and light commercial HVAC equipment.
AC service, repair, and maintenacne.
Working with oil, propane, natural gas, and electric HVAC systems.
Propane and electric heating/air conditioning systems, heat pumps, ductless systems, and boilers.
Providing excellent customer service.
Consulting with and educating homeowners on systems and products.
Able to contact tech support with diagnostic questions.
Daily use of tablet.

Qualifications / Skills
Residential HVAC service experience.
AC service experience.
Anual routine maintenance experience.
EPA Universal Certification.
Experience consulting customers with repair and replacement decisions.
Able to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints.
Knowledge of air balancing principles and techniques.
Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
MA or NH Gas Licensed - Desired, training provided.
MA or NH Oil License - Desired, training provided.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Certificate from a HVAC Technical School - Desired.
Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
