Position Description

As a Senior Service Project Technician, you will be responsible for performing diagnostics, repairs, installations, and start-ups on various brands of commercial and industrial HVAC equipment. You will also install ductwork, both sheet metal and duct board, and wire and troubleshoot HVAC equipment. This role requires establishing and maintaining positive relationships with both internal and external customers. Additionally, you will manage assigned work to ensure professional and efficient execution of time and customer satisfaction. Technicians document service and installation activities using Mobile-Tech for work order completion, maintenance checklists, and daily time sheets. Flexible hours, including nights and weekends, may be required.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 10 years of related HVAC experience
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC building systems
• Universal EPA certification
• Professional image
• Flexibility to work overtime/weekends as required
• Excellent communication skills
