Job Duties
- Services, maintains, and repairs residential and occasional commercial HVAC systems
- Determines general condition of HVAC systems, and can troubleshoot HVAC malfunctions and determine extent of necessary repairs
- Aims to maintain a neat work area and inspects that area for cleanliness after completion of each job
- Wears floor savers while in the client’s home
- Maintain company vehicle, ensuring that it is always clean on both the inside and the outside
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years of successful experience in maintenance, diagnosing, troubleshooting, & selling parts
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with a strong desire to exceed customer expectations
- NATE certification preferred
- Strong communication skills and technical competency
- Ability to pass a thorough background check and drug screening
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Experience with Service Titan is a plus
Compensation
Compensation: $80,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
