About the role
Elevate Home Services is seeking experienced HVAC Selling/Service Technicians for a fast-growing company. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of HVAC service experience, strong diagnostic and repair abilities, and the ability to sell service agreements, system upgrades, and replacements.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair a wide variety of residential HVAC systems and equipment
- Identify maintenance concerns, risks, and system inefficiencies, clearly explaining findings to homeowners
- Present repair, maintenance, upgrade, and replacement options in a clear, educational, and trust-based way
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical failures accurately and efficiently
- Perform emergency repairs with urgency, professionalism, and attention to quality
- Maintain compliance with safety standards, codes, and company processes
- Deliver an excellent customer experience through communication, professionalism, and respect
- Educate homeowners on system performance, maintenance plans, and upgrade opportunities when appropriate
- Leverage both technical and communication skills to improve comfort, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of HVAC service experience with strong diagnostic and repair ability
- Proven experience selling service agreements, system upgrades, and replacement options in a consultative way
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems including heating, cooling, refrigeration, electrical, and mechanical principles
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and interpersonal)
- Strong customer service mindset with the ability to build trust quickly
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Commitment to ongoing training, development, and professional growth
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Comfortable working in confined spaces when necessary while maintaining safety standards

Pay
The estimated annual salary range for this position is $75,590 to $90,067, depending on experience and performance.
Schedule
Year-round work, no Sunday hours, and no after-hours on-call schedule.
