What You’ll Do
- Educate homeowners on new comfort systems and indoor air quality solutions
- Conduct in-home evaluations and present system options with confidence
- Build value through professional, consultative sales presentations
- Ask the right questions to uncover customer needs, concerns, and priorities
- Prepare accurate proposals and price jobs within company guidelines
- Obtain customer authorization and ensure all agreements are documented
- Follow up on site visits to ensure satisfaction and maintain relationships
- Communicate job details, financing, and scheduling with internal teams
- Provide installers with clear expectations, photos, and job requirements
- Maintain contact with installers and customers during installation
- Actively pursue referrals and neighborhood opportunities
- Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and technical refreshers
What You Bring
- 3+ years of sales experience (required)
- 1+ year of HVAC experience (preferred — field techs excel here)
- Strong communication and customer-facing skills
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Ability to work flexible hours (days/nights/weekends during peak season)
- Physical dexterity for light system evaluations
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass background, MVR, and drug screening
