Responsibilities

• Meet directly with customers in their homes and professionally advise homeowners on the correct heating and cooling systems that offer the best solutions to fit their needs.
• Close sales and participate in the physical installation of replacement equipment.
• Answer customer questions about newly installed equipment and ensure customers know how to operate equipment.
• Receive support from dispatchers and crews.
• Complete hands-on training on sales processes and equipment.

Requirements

• Over 2 years of experience in consultative sales, with a strong ability to assess customer needs and recommend solutions.
• In-home sales experience in HVAC or a related industry preferred.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and follow-up skills.
• Highly goal-oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Proficient in using company-provided technology and digital tools.
• Comfortable working in environments where HVAC systems are located, including attics and crawlspaces.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.

Pay

$100,000 - $220,000 per year | Uncapped commission and earning potential

Schedule

Hours will vary based on customer scheduling needs, presentation times, and seasonality. Monday to Saturday. The sales consultant may regulate their work hours accordingly.
