How You Will Make An Impact

• Execute sophisticated sales strategies to achieve an annual targets
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through professional onsite consultations and technical guidance
• Cookordinate with the mechanical team to ensure proposed HVAC solutions align with technical site requirements
• Translate complex HVAC technical specifications into clear, value-driven proposals for residential and commercial clients
• Manage a consistent sales pipeline while traveling to client locations approximately 60% of the time
• Promote company values by maintaining a professional appearance and providing honest, expert recommendations

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Proven track record in HVAC sales or high-ticket mechanical equipment sales
• Advanced technical knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and installation workflows
• Demonstrated ability to close high-value contracts and meet aggressive performance benchmarks
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to navigate complex client needs and technical objections
• Absolute willingness to travel within and beyond a 30-mile radius of Freehold, NJ

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC sales or mechanical client relations
• Completion of professional sales training programs or manufacturer-specific technical training
• Experience working in a local, independent business environment rather than private equity models
