We are seeking an energetic and motivated HVAC Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be the driving force behind expanding our customer base and delivering exceptional service in the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) industry. Your expertise in outside sales, business development, and account management will help us grow our market presence.
Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities through strategic prospecting, cold calling, and lead generation within assigned territories.
- Manage existing accounts by providing tailored HVAC solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction, and upselling products or services to maximize revenue.
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical sales presentations to educate clients on HVAC systems, features, and benefits.
- Utilize CRM software and sales management systems to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals efficiently while maintaining strong customer relationships through excellent customer service.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to implement targeted campaigns that increase brand awareness and generate new leads.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of industry trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements to stay ahead in B2B (business-to-business) sales.
