We can train you to understand HVAC and become a sales pro in a blossoming industry. Your role will involve collaboration with technicians to close deals and make the customer happy.

Responsibilities

• Presents HVAC system replacement options
• Presents financing options
• Learns One Hour sales system and ethical practices
• Maintains sales margins in jobs as specified by supervisor
• Conveys a safety-conscious attitude, both on the job and while driving
• Wears floor savers while in the client’s home
• Conducts follow-up calls to ensure 100% satisfaction and generate future referrals

Requirements

• A proven history of achieving and exceeding sales goals, showcasing a strong track record of closing deals (documentation required)
• Proficient with computers and using sales technology apps
• Strong communication (listening included) skills and technical competence
• Ability to pass a background check
• Clean driving record
• Availability to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends to accommodate customer needs

Pay

Advertised pay range is $30,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year, based on base pay plus average SPIFF/commissions earned.

Schedule

This is a remote position. Availability to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends to accommodate customer needs and close deals when the time is best.
