HVAC Sales Associate

About the role

This position provides customer options, design, and education in the sale of replacement HVAC systems in a residential setting.

Job Duties

• Presents HVAC system replacement options
• Presents financing options
• Learns One Hour sales system and ethical practices
• Maintains sales margins in jobs as specified by supervisor
• Conveys a safety-conscious attitude, both on the job and while driving
• Wears floor savers while in the client’s home
• Conducts follow-up calls to ensure 100% satisfaction and generate future referrals

Minimum Requirements

• A proven history of achieving and exceeding sales goals, showcasing a strong track record of closing deals.
• Proficient with computers and using sales technology apps.
• Displays strong communication (listening included) skills and technical competence.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Clean driving record.
• Availability to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends to accommodate customer needs and close deals when the time is best.

Pay

Advertised pay range is based on pay plus average SPIFF/Commissions earned. This is a remote position. Compensation: $30,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
