Position Summary

As a Residential New Construction Installer, you'll help install HVAC systems in newly built homes while ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and with high-quality workmanship. You'll work closely with team members, builders, and other trades to help deliver properly installed HVAC systems that meet company standards and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install HVAC systems in residential new construction projects
  • Install and connect ductwork systems
  • Read blueprints, layouts, and specifications
  • Test installed systems to ensure proper operation
  • Troubleshoot installation issues during projects
  • Maintain accurate job documentation
  • Keep work areas clean and organized
  • Follow safety procedures and local code requirements
  • Communicate professionally with contractors and homeowners

Required Qualifications

  • 6+ months of HVAC installation experience or completion of HVAC trade school certification
  • Mechanical aptitude and willingness to continue learning
  • Familiarity with HVAC tools and installation practices
  • Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment as needed
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

  • EPA Certification
  • Experience reading blueprints
  • Experience in residential new construction environments
