Position Summary
As a Residential New Construction Installer, you'll help install HVAC systems in newly built homes while ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and with high-quality workmanship.
You'll work closely with team members, builders, and other trades to help deliver properly installed HVAC systems that meet company standards and customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Install HVAC systems in residential new construction projects
- Install and connect ductwork systems
- Read blueprints, layouts, and specifications
- Test installed systems to ensure proper operation
- Troubleshoot installation issues during projects
- Maintain accurate job documentation
- Keep work areas clean and organized
- Follow safety procedures and local code requirements
- Communicate professionally with contractors and homeowners
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of HVAC installation experience
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to continue learning
- Familiarity with HVAC tools and installation practices
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment as needed
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- EPA Certification
- Experience reading blueprints
- Experience in residential new construction environments
Pay
Pay: $23.00 - $33.00/hour depending on experience
