Your New Role

As an HVAC Residential Install Apprentice in the Raleigh, NC area, you’ll gain hands-on experience in HVAC installation, working under the guidance of expert technicians. You’ll learn everything from installing furnaces and air conditioners to setting up thermostats and ductwork. Job requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Strong desire to learn and build a career in HVAC
• Physically capable of lifting heavy equipment and working in tight spaces
• Excellent communication skills and professional attitude
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
• Able to follow instructions with attention to detail
• Some experience in a technical trade or current trade school enrollment
• Must have a valid driver’s license, clean background check, and pass a drug screen
