HVAC Refrigeration Specialist
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain refrigeration, HVAC, and commercial cooking equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance and safety inspections
- Install and calibrate ventilation and appliance systems
- Ensure compliance with refrigeration, gas, electrical, and OSHA safety standards
- Work across a variety of equipment including walk-in freezers, chillers, ovens, fryers, exhaust hoods, HVAC units, and dishwashers
About the role
We're looking for a dependable technician to keep our kitchens and bakeries running smoothly. The position is based on our campus in Madison, WI, and requires relocation to the area. We recruit nationally and provide financial relocation assistance.
Requirements
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel across the campus.
Qualifications
Experience in commercial kitchen and HVAC maintenance is preferred, but not required. Training will be provided.
Skills
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills are essential. Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay
The salary range for this position is $40,000 - $60,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
