HVAC Refrigeration Specialist
About the role
This position is based on our campus in Madison, WI, and requires relocation to the area. We recruit nationally and provide financial relocation assistance. We're looking for a dependable technician to keep our kitchens and bakeries running smoothly. You'll service and maintain refrigeration, cooking, and HVAC equipment across our 9-million-square-foot campus to ensure everything runs safely, efficiently, and without interruption.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain refrigeration, HVAC, and commercial cooking equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance and safety inspections
- Install and calibrate ventilation and appliance systems
- Ensure compliance with refrigeration, gas, electrical, and OSHA safety standards
- Work across a variety of equipment including walk-in freezers, chillers, ovens, fryers, exhaust hoods, HVAC units, and dishwashers
