Key Responsibilities Install, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems.Perform preventative maintenance on heating, cooling, and refrigeration units.Diagnose and resolve equipment issues efficiently and accurately.Maintain detailed service records and communicate effectively with clients and team members.Operate company vehicle to travel between service locations.Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.Maintain a clean and professional appearance on all job sites.Perform other duties as assigned in support of the field operations team. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in HVAC or refrigeration service (commercial focus preferred).Valid EPA Certification required.High School diploma or GED.Strong communication and customer service skills.Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.Reliable, presentable, and enthusiastic about delivering top-tier service.Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
