HVAC Refrigeration Service Technician
About the role
ColdTech Refrigeration is hiring experienced Commercial HVAC Refrigeration Service Technicians in the Las Vegas area. We are a leading commercial service provider across the Intermountain West, supporting restaurants, grocery stores, convenience stores, schools, and industrial facilities.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial refrigeration and HVAC systems
- Service rack systems, walk-ins, reach-ins, ice machines, and self-contained units
- Perform preventative maintenance and emergency repairs
- Repair and maintain restaurant hot-side equipment (fryers, ovens, etc.)
- Communicate clearly with customers and document work performed
- Manage your service calls independently and efficiently
Requirements
- 6+ years of commercial HVAC refrigeration service experience
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Experience with rack systems preferred
- Restaurant hot-side experience a plus (training available)
- EPA Certification (Type II minimum required) and OSHA 10
- Valid driver’s license with good driving record
- Professional, customer-focused attitude
