HVAC/Refrigeration Service Manager

About the role

Family owned Tri-State Mechanical Services, Inc. has been providing air conditioning and heating, and refrigeration service and installation to St. Louis and surrounding areas for over 35 years.

Responsibilities

• Energetic and quality-focused work with others
• Commercial HVAC and Refrigeration technician experience with 5 to 10+ years hands-on experience on various equipment
• Installation experience on rooftop units, split systems, heat pumps, unit heaters, infrared heaters, make-up air systems, walk-in coolers, freezers, warehouse coolers, cold storage freezers, reach-ins, ice machines, commercial ventilation systems, and kitchen hood systems
• Top salary with commission and benefits package including paid holidays, health insurance, 401K, vacation, uniforms, vehicle, company phone, and year-round work with no layoffs
• Clean driving record, drug-free, on-call availability, and dependable

Requirements

• Mechanical Journeyman License preferred but not required
• Training and school assistance provided for most classes with pay during training
• Some factory training on specific equipment may be required and paid for by Tristate

Qualifications

• Career-minded individual with a strong work ethic and safety focus
• Experience with a wide range of commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment from 5 tons to 100 tons

Skills

• Commercial HVAC and Refrigeration technician experience
• Hands-on experience with various types of equipment

Pay

$25.00 - $50.00 per hour
