HVAC/R Technician II

About the role

Responsible for maintaining and repairing HVAC/R systems in commercial buildings. Perform routine maintenance, diagnose issues, and perform emergency repairs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC/R systems using diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Maintain and service HVAC/R systems according to manufacturer’s specifications.
• Perform preventive maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.
• Respond to customer requests for service during normal business hours.
• Document all work performed and communicate with customers regarding status and next steps.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• At least 2 years of experience in HVAC/R maintenance and/or repair.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of HVAC/R systems and components.
• Experience with HVAC/R diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay
