HVAC/R Technician

TWC Services Inc. is hiring experienced technicians with hands-on experience in commercial HVAC and refrigeration who are comfortable working independently, troubleshooting equipment, and supporting restaurant and commercial customers in the field.

About the role

You’ll work on a variety of commercial HVAC/R systems, including:

• RTUs
• Walk-ins & freezers
• Reach-ins
• Ice machines
• Split systems
• Commercial refrigeration systems

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair commercial HVAC/R equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance and service calls
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues
• Communicate professionally with customers and dispatch
• Complete service documentation accurately

Requirements

• 2+ years of commercial HVAC/R experience
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Experience working independently in the field
• EPA Certification preferred
• Valid driver’s license
• Restaurant or foodservice experience is a plus

This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for technicians who are comfortable handling commercial service work independently and providing strong customer service in the field.
