Responsibilities

As an HVAC/R Technician I, you’ll:

• Respond to service requests for HVAC, refrigeration, and other in-store equipment
• Perform minor repairs and preventative maintenance on a wide range of systems, from cold beverage machines to lighting and security equipment
• Troubleshoot, inspect, and maintain HVAC systems using the latest tools and technology
• Manage parts inventory and complete daily reports to ensure efficiency
• Train and mentor junior technicians while collaborating with a supportive team

Requirements

• Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Experience: 1+ years in HVAC or refrigeration repair and maintenance
• Certifications: EPA 608 (Type I and II or Universal) Certification
• Valid Driver’s License
• Skills: Strong problem-solving, leadership potential, and the ability to work independently

This role is currently hiring immediately in Fort Myers, Florida and additional locations in Cape Coral, Florida.
