About the role
We are seeking HVAC/R Install Technicians to join our team. Our ideal candidates are those who are eager to learn, improve themselves, and contribute to our high-quality service.
Responsibilities
- Install and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
- Read blueprints and diagrams to determine system layout and components
- Use hand tools and power tools to assemble and install equipment
- Test and adjust systems to ensure proper operation
- Communicate effectively with customers and other technicians
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Qualifications
- Experience in HVAC/R installation is preferred but not required
- Willingness to undergo vocational training
- Pass a background check

Pay
Compensation will be determined based on the candidate's experience and qualifications. Compensation: $18 - $30 hourly
Schedule
Hours may vary based on company needs and may include evenings and weekends.
