- Ensure compliance with safety, quality assurance, and LEED standards
- Operate and maintain company vehicles and equipment
Requirements
- High level of competency with HVAC/R equipment ranging from 1 ton to 100+ tons
- Experience with multiple manufacturers including Trane, Carrier, Lennox, York, Daikin, McQuay, and others
- Expertise with various systems: chillers, boilers, heat pumps, VRF/VRV, rooftop units, split systems, refrigeration, and building automation controls
- Knowledge of components: compressors, coils, condensers, ductwork, valves, vacuum pumps, and sheet metal fabrication
- Experience in diverse applications: clean rooms, cold storage, hospitals, grocery stores, industrial, marine, multi-family, and residential
- Familiarity with refrigerants including 410A, ammonia, and Puron
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record and reliable transportation
- NATE certification preferred
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and customer service skills
- Physical ability to lift heavy equipment, work in confined spaces, and at heights
