Requirements

  • High level of competency with HVAC/R equipment ranging from 1 ton to 100+ tons
  • Experience with multiple manufacturers including Trane, Carrier, Lennox, York, Daikin, McQuay, and others
  • Expertise with various systems: chillers, boilers, heat pumps, VRF/VRV, rooftop units, split systems, refrigeration, and building automation controls
  • Knowledge of components: compressors, coils, condensers, ductwork, valves, vacuum pumps, and sheet metal fabrication
  • Experience in diverse applications: clean rooms, cold storage, hospitals, grocery stores, industrial, marine, multi-family, and residential
  • Familiarity with refrigerants including 410A, ammonia, and Puron
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record and reliable transportation
  • NATE certification preferred
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation
  • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and customer service skills
  • Physical ability to lift heavy equipment, work in confined spaces, and at heights
