Responsibilities

• Perform advanced troubleshooting and diagnostics on residential HVAC systems
• Conduct quality assurance inspections on installs and service work
• Ensure systems are operating at peak performance and efficiency
• Provide customer-facing assurance, clearly explaining findings and solutions
• Support and mentor field technicians to elevate overall team performance

Requirements

• Proven experience in residential HVAC service and diagnostics
• Strong ability to identify complex issues quickly and accurately
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to instill trust and confidence in customers
• Leadership mindset with a willingness to support team development
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
