HVAC Project Sales Rep

About the role

We're seeking an experienced HVAC Project Sales Representative to manage an established portfolio of commercial customers while identifying new project opportunities. You'll work with building owners, facility managers, and executives to recommend HVAC retrofit, replacement, and system improvement solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow existing commercial accounts
• Develop HVAC project opportunities
• Meet with decision-makers and present solutions
• Prepare proposals and close projects
• Cook up with internal project teams

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience
• 5+ years in commercial HVAC or a related field
• Strong technical knowledge of commercial HVAC systems
• Professional, organized, and relationship-focused
• Preferred Background: Commercial HVAC project sales, mechanical engineering with sales experience, or former HVAC technician turned salesperson.
