Needed immediately! A local well-respected mechanical contractor is looking for a motivated individual to bring their mechanical experience to a growing dynamic team as an HVAC Project Manager. Ideally, they are seeking someone who enjoys working as a team, has a good attitude, and a willingness to work hard.

About the role

This fast-paced job gives you the opportunity to oversee projects from inception to completion. You will work closely with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that HVAC projects meet their needs and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and schedules
• Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure work is completed on time and within budget
• Conduct site visits and inspections to assess project progress and quality of work
• Prepare project status reports and communicate progress to stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations
• Supervise project team members and provide guidance and support as needed
• Identify and address project risks and implement appropriate mitigation strategies
• Conduct project closeout activities, including documentation and handover to the client
