Needed immediately! A local well-respected mechanical contractor is looking for a motivated individual to bring their mechanical experience to a growing, dynamic team as an HVAC Project Manager. Ideally, they are looking for someone who enjoys working as a team, has a good attitude, and a willingness to work hard.

About the role

This fast-paced job gives you the opportunity to oversee projects from inception to completion. You will work closely with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that the project meets their needs and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Developing and managing project budgets, timelines, and schedules
• Coordinating with contractors and subcontractors to ensure work is completed on time and within budget
• Conducting site visits and inspections to assess project progress and quality of work
• Preparing project status reports and communicating progress to stakeholders
• Ensuring compliance with local building codes and regulations
• Supervising project team members and providing guidance and support as needed
• Identifying and addressing project risks and implementing appropriate mitigation strategies
• Conducting project closeout activities, including documentation and handover to the client
