About the role

ECS, the Southeast's leading commercial HVAC service company, seeks a highly talented HVAC Project Manager to lead a dedicated team in delivering exceptional customer service and meeting clients' needs and commitments.

Responsibilities

• Lead a passionate team in delivering exceptional customer service
• Manage subcontractors and vendors, including POs and equipment tracking
• Manage change orders, pricing, and close-out documentation
• Prepare punch lists and assist with daily correspondence, job meetings, and requests from the project owner
• Adhere to company safety standards and follow consistent management procedures

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of prior HVAC project management experience
• Detailed knowledge of commercial HVAC systems
• Outstanding communication skills
• Strong financial and business acumen, with a track record of managing projects on time and on budget
• Professional image and excellent logistics, communication, and management skills
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work effectively with multiple disciplines and take a proactive approach
• Team-oriented mindset
